At Shepherd &  Me Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that empower individuals to grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally. Because coaching is a collaborative process that requires preparation, scheduling, and dedicated time, the following refund policy applies to all coaching services.
 

Individual Coaching Sessions

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Coaching fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

• Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or late arrivals that prevent the full session from taking place are non-refundable.
   

Coaching Packages

• Coaching packages are designed as a complete transformational program and are offered at a discounted rate.

• Refund requests for unused sessions will be considered only within 14 days of purchase, provided no coaching sessions have been completed.

• Once the first coaching session has been conducted, the coaching package becomes non-refundable.

• Any unused sessions may be transferred to another individual with written approval from Shepherd & Me Coaching within 12 months of purchase.
   

Workshops, Groups, and Events

• Registration fees for workshops, group coaching, retreats, or special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Shepherd & Me Coaching.

• If an event is canceled by us, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Digital Products and Resources

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all digital products, downloadable resources, courses, assessments, and workbooks are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events may occur. Requests for exceptions due to serious illness, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Coaching Commitment

Coaching is not counseling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment. Results depend on each client's commitment, participation, and implementation. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with personal results.
